重なりの家

兵庫・甲子園の住宅地に建つ、RCフレームと木架構を重ねた住宅である。量感のあるコンクリートの骨格に、木の屋根や壁、階段、テラス、造作を差し込むことで、内と外、上下階、街と住まいがゆるやかにつながる。異なる素材と時間をもつ要素がずれながら共存し、光や風、植栽、暮らしの気配を受け止める。変化を許容しながら、時間とともに育つ住空間を目指した。

This house is located in a residential area of Koshien, Hyogo, and is composed by layering a reinforced concrete frame with a timber structure.Into the substantial concrete framework, timber roofs and walls, stairs, terraces, and built-in elements are inserted, gently connecting inside and outside, upper and lower floors, and the city and the home.Elements with different materials and temporal qualities coexist with subtle shifts, receiving light, wind, planting, and traces of daily life.The aim was to create a living space that accepts change and grows with time.
